- Education: you can take a degree or diploma in real estate, survey offered in various universities and colleges in the country.
- Experience: While you may not have done any real estate-related course, you will need two years of experience working in the real estate sector to qualify as a real estate agent and get your license from EARB.
To gain the said requirements, you will need to work under the guidance of a registered real estate agent who will recommend you after two years to the agent board.

How Much is Real Estate Licence in Kenya
The real estate license has three stages; in the first state, you pay 1,000 for the application. Then you pay Ksh 3,000 for the interview and a one-time fee of 15,000 for the license.
