Director's Profile
Winnie Oyoo
Director
Winnie Oyoo is the founder and managing director of The Hut Property Managers. She holds a degree in Diplomacy and International relations and a certificate in real estate management.
She is a registered agent with the Kenya Real Estate Agents’registration board, Kenya. She is also a member of Women in Real Estate Kenya and the Professional Estate Association of Kenya.
Winnie has worked as a research assistant and supervisor at IPOS Synovate (formerly Steadman Group). She has pioneered in the set up of two real estate companies, Geogladys Holdings Ltd as a Manager and Kerangata Property Managers as a consultant.
From that experience, she ventured into real estate, birthing The Hut Property Managers. Her goal and vision are to rapidly satisfy the house’s needs, mainly by providing first-class property management.
Winnie is a go-getter, energetic entrepreneur adept at growing a customer base through aggressive marketing and skills. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate management, property evaluation, and closing sales.
